Processing and shipping
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day
- Orders placed until 14:00 will be shipped on the same business day
Tracking on all orders
- Every order can be tracked via the courier’s tracking system
- Once the order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information

Delivery time
- Delivery takes place within 2-4 business days
- Some products have longer delivery time: 6-9 business days
- Delivery time is indicated on every product page
- If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together, unless we inform you per e-mail otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is depending on the item with the longest delivery time
If delivery takes longer than expected or you suspect that the shipment might be lost in transit, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation.
In case there is no one available to receive your shipment, a notice will be left at your letterbox. Your parcel will be available for pick up at your local post office branch against ID and signature. If the item is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us. Once we have received your shipment back our customer service representatives will contact you.
